About Speedanki

Welcome to Speedanki, a simple and effective online flashcard system for learning Japanese kanji and vocabulary. Though based on the Japanese Language Proficiency Test vocabulary, the system is useful to anyone looking to develop their Japanese reading and writing ability. The flashcards can be viewed in kanji or hiragana form, and contain English translations and specially designed example sentences. Each card can be moved between five categories, allowing you keep track of your progress. You can register for a free account to have your progress saved for the next session.
